Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Change of mind

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within [7 days] of delivery.

Skin reactions

Patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, rinse off, stop use and consult a physician, then contact us.
